Professor

I want to be the professor.

I like thinking and I like to make people think. I like to see the look on students’ eyes when they arrive at that Eureka moment when something previously too complex is finally understood. I like to believe that no matter what your philosophy is, a common denominator is that the world would be better off all around with a little more education.

Maybe there’s a developing mind out there than can solve big problems and I can be of assistance to inspire such mind. Maybe those problems are patiently waiting for that new set of eyes.

I would like to contribute to that.

I want to be respected and admired just like everyone else does as well. I want to wake up in the morning and know that my life was spent doing something worthwhile.

I want to have something to teach. Therefore I’ll keep making and effort to understand enough to be able to teach something real and worthwhile. To make sure that my efforts are well founded; not another tool of an oppressing government or another pawn in an agenda that takes advantage of misinformation and ignorance to enrich the few.

I’m intimidated. I will not stop.

From now on, I’m the professor.
